Felicia Weingartner has dedicated her career to representing individuals and families who have suffered serious harm due to the negligence of others. For more than 34 years, she has handled complex cases and achieved substantial results for her clients.

A graduate of Florida State University College of Law (Class of 1991), Felicia is licensed in New Mexico state and federal courts, and now Arizona. She brings a depth of knowledge and trial experience that is rare in a solo practice, evidenced by the results she has achieved for her clients. Weingartner Law serves New Mexico and Arizona individuals and their families.

Her practice focuses on cases involving the most serious forms of harm: medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, and insurance bad faith. These cases demand an attorney who understands complex issues and medical evidence, and someone who is prepared to take a case to trial to seek the justice her clients deserve.

Felicia has achieved substantial results for her clients both in trial and through settlements.
